Hot Toss ("we", "our", or "the app") is a real-time multiplayer party game. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

Hot Toss is designed to be played without creating an account or logging in. We collect minimal information:

• Player Name: The display name you choose when joining a game. This is temporary and not stored after your session ends.
• Game Data: Room codes, game state, and player actions are processed in real time to run the game. This data is temporary and deleted when the game session ends.
• Purchase Information: If you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not collect or store your payment details. Purchase status is stored locally on your device.

Advertising

Hot Toss displays interstitial advertisements between games using Google AdMob. We use non-personalized ads only — we do not track you across apps or websites, and ads are not targeted based on your personal profile or behavior.

AdMob may collect limited device information (such as device type and IP address) for the purposes of serving ads and measuring their effectiveness. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for cross-app tracking.

You may purchase the "Remove Ads" option within the app to disable all advertisements entirely.

Children's Privacy

Hot Toss is a family-friendly game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require account creation, and no personal data is stored on our servers beyond temporary game sessions.

Data Storage

Game preferences and purchase status are stored locally on your device using standard browser/app storage. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on our servers permanently. Game session data (room codes, player names, game state) exists only in server memory during active gameplay and is automatically deleted when the session ends.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob: For displaying advertisements. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple App Store / Google Play: For processing in-app purchases. Subject to their respective privacy policies.

Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store personal data beyond temporary game sessions, there is generally no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you have purchased the "Remove Ads" option and wish to restore your purchase on a new device, use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app's store.
